Join artistic director Clint Ashlock and the swinging 17-piece Kansas City Jazz Orchestra for a special evening of great big band music, featuring an array of guest artists showcasing the vibrant, world-class Kansas City jazz scene.

This special Kansas City is Jazz! concert will feature the music of jazz legends, Count Basie, Jay McShann, and Charlie Parker played by young jazz lions such as Megan Birdsall, Allie Burik, Hermon Mehari, and Steve Lambert, and jazz veterans such as the internationally-acclaimed Bobby Watson, Dan Thomas, Matt Otto and Al Pearson.
